13 month Toddler not walking - pls guide

Hi MariSelviprabu,
Even my DS started to walk around 13 months only...when he was 12.5 months, he never used to walk, but all of a sudden he placed a few steps on a mat. so we realized that our floor was a bit slippery for him, and tried encouraging him to walk on a mat/firm carpet. It actually worked out for him. As all others say, there is no need to worry now as avg age for kids to walk is only between 13-14 months.

 

Than you Shanvy. The way you composed your reply really put a rest to my worries too. My 13 month old is also not walking yet.
