    Dear Seetha,
I can understand your anxiety. I suggest you consult a good Paediatrician (Child Specialist) who will check and suggest suitable diet for the child. I can suggest a good Child Specialist in chennai, who I know for 30 years now. In Bangalore, my nephew is a Child Specialtist.
If your sis-in-law lives in any of these two places, then I can give you the contact number.
    Regards
    USHA KRISHNAN

    Dear seetha,
Urinary tract infections is a common problem with a girl child, a child tends to have fever, vomittings and looses appetite. The most common prob being the proximity of the urethra and the anus. while cleaning the bottom of the child, make sure u go above downwards. there are other causes of UTI too which have to be ruled out by doing a series of investigations. Once the infection is under control she will regain her appetite, so don't worry. Meet a paediatrician and get her investigated properly.
    regards
    Arshi.
