    It was a busy weekend, went to buffet lunch for a special occasion. No workouts on saturday and sunday but took a long walk in the mall after lunch.

    2)Did Cardio for 30 mins
    3)Drank Less than 1 gallon water
    4)Healthy eating, includedfruit smoothie and veggie blast smoothie
    5)Had one chocolate as a treat from my son Halloween candies
