I have counted 9760, 252 calories burned, 7.1 kms yesterday... will post again by end of the day...

Thanks for stopping by. Please do join us You can use the app in your mobile which keeps track of your no of steps you did either by walking or jogging.Take it slowly if you are beginner,then eventually you can increase your no of steps count .
I do 30+ mins walking + Jogging in the early morning and evening.At first I did around 5000 steps then slowly increased week by week to 10,000 steps.Hope this helps
