    Early morning: cumin lemon water
    Breakfast: Choco Kellogg's milk
    1 pancake ( leftover from my son breakfast )
    Lunch:1 chapathi with Arbi curry and cracked wheat
    Snack:Cheddar cheese with almonds
    Dinner:2 small jowar roti with tomato chutney , Kheera raita
    1 cup masala milk
