    Breakfast:Oats , walnuts , peach
    Mid morning : orange
    Lunch: paneer whole wheat sandwich
    Snack:Cantaloupe
    Dinner:tofu Veggie stir fry with 2 bulbs rice

    Water: 5-6 glasses ( it's peak winter here unable to drink more water)

    Even my office friend is increasing her step counts. Me and my office friend, we both walk during our lunch break and I am telling her to walk more & more....;)

    Early morning: cumin, lemon, honey water
    Breakfast:2 idlis with coconut chutney
    Mid morning :Grapefruit, apple , kiwi smoothie
    Lunch:1 chapathi with spinach curry
    Snack: Green tea with Marie biscuits-2
    Dinner:1 chapathi with methi dal

    Water:6-7 glasses
