Today only 6k steps, want to take rest for two days
Today I was able to achieve only 3000 steps,feeling lazy.
Did 6k today...(shuttle+orbit)
Bf upma coffee
Lunch keerai poriyal, radish sambar, small cup curd rice with my favourite lemon pickle
Evening coffee 2 biscuits again half apple
Dinner roti subji
I know same feeling here ,Monday's are very lazy and boring .
Monday is very boring and lazy but iam glad to see everybody were active and did atleast half the steps.Keep up the spirit gals.
