    Lunch - rice ( half cup), brinjal curry, cabbage poriyal
    Evng - coffee, orange
    Dinner- 1 plain dosa, 1 adai with Kara chutney

    Bf - adai 1 plain dosa 1 with Kara chutney
    Coffee
    Lunch - pudina pulao, cucumber raita, curd rice with pickle
    Snack - orange banana coffee
    Dinner 1 cup pongal, Coconut chutney 1 tbsp

    I m a little bit depressed today due to TTC thoughts. But then, I have one month of tabs to be taken regularly before meeting doc. So, all I'm concentrating on, is , eat healthy, stay positive.
