    Iam very glad to see new people joining everyday. From January 1st we will do a fresh start with new ideas.Please pour your thoughts on how we can keep ourself motivated everyday and at the same point how to be more consistent in reaching our goals. Sometimes we tend to loose confident ,it especially happens when we don't t see ourself loosing weight and we give up.Lets this not happen in this new year. Lets fight until we reach our goals.

    Leslie walk-2 miles, in store & mall walking. Rest days for next 3 days but will do only light workout.

    Diet
    Breakfast:Oats ,apple,walnuts
    Mid morning: Energy bar,green tea
    Lunch: 1 chapathi with chana salad
    Dinner:1/2 cup brown rice with soy curry and raitha
    Water:5-6 glasses
