100 Days of Positivity

Day 21: As i practice to hold my comments and spontaneous reaction to few things, have been able to achieve it. Needs a lot of conscious effort. Happy that today's situation was handled well.

 

Boys had their first ever sleepover. They are overjoyed and had a brilliant time. They said this was their best ever school break. As long as they are happy and content, I am happy and thankful too.

 

Day 193 : Not a great day to hear your appraisal. Rating, then increments ,designation change everything was disappointing . But the positive is it's pushing me to think "what next?" And it has created a zest to think ahead.
Day 194 : friyayyyy it is... After a terrible week ,Friday was a positive thing to have happened.

 

Day 13: Had yummy Indian buffet. Loved each and every item. And moreover TGIF

 

Shattered after boys sleep over. However, prepared some very traditional, Srilankan Sinhalese snack for the new year with my colleague/friend. Felt so happy.

 

Day 22 : Feels good when someone appreciates you. My neighbours was appreciating the kolams which i put. Started the day with this..
Day 23 : Shopping for niece's birthday.

 

195 : it was one lovely day spent at a resort. Went on 80 ft high giant swing!. As I love the Adreline rush activity I thought I should not miss it. My God! What an experience . Like my throat is gone for a toss after the screamed like hell. Everyone asked if I was scared why did I go. No didn't scream because I was scared. Screaming Gave me an assurance that I'm alive while I was swinging from that height !
My scream was the highlight of the day in the adventure resort !

 

Apr 13/19:
My husband cleared off my table and threw a lot of my stuff in the trash. I was obviously super pissed and mad about it but by the time I had cooled down and tried to rearrange whatever that hadn't gone to the bin yet, I felt all the important things were still there and little did I miss anything! Damn, I have allowed so much junk to accumulate in that tiny space which btw now looks neat and 'zen'ful much after this forced clearing. I can only be glad about it, and I'm indeed.

Wish you all a very happy new year. I had a very good time with my colleagues at home celebrating the new year. Thank you God.

 

Day 196 : A well rested Sunday with finishing all the Sunday chores ahead.
Day 197 : Happy Vishu to all.. May the year bring lot of prosperity and happiness to all.
The ritual of getting up early and watching the vishu kani done early this morning.
