Day 2: Started doing yoga today after 3 years..the initiative felt good. But it was an unpleasant surprise to find that my body is so stiff and I can't do most asanas which I took for granted earlier. Hoping to practice more.
Looks like I am getting ahead of the days : ) Now there will be enough no post days, so what the heck here goes: Searched thusly in IL: :rotfl To get to this post: http://www.indusladies.com/forums/e...ts-fire-up-those-neurons-273.html#post3644609 And found a local friend who has one of those books by A K Ramanujan! And said friend considers me a worthy lendee. I return borrowed books!
Day 4: I'm feeling old unable to keep up with the flurry and pace of the world with nosy friends, noisy friends, cannot-take-a-no friends, never-say-no friends. Positive thought: I'm still in one piece with such crowd around me. If I drop off from this thread for the next few days, I'm somewhere yelling: "We need to get this right at least this time , now play the music again"
Day 4: Calm, quiet, easy day at work. Most people are in the holiday mood. Received some much awaited good news from parents. Glad they are happy and healthy. Feeling at peace.
Day 5: Got home early since we had something planned for the evening. The day before a 4 day holiday, and Mr G decides he can't get home before 9pm. Vacillating between giving him a piece of my mind or giving him a break. But it's Thanksgiving, and I realize how easy it is to take for granted the people who make life worth living. I am grateful for my partner. "He is the only reason I am...He is all my reasons."
Day 3 - 25.11.2015 Despite being sick and taking off from work, somehow managed to light thirukarthigai deepam in home. This is the first time I am celebrating it and hence its special. Day 4 - 26.11.2015 Feeling so much better today and able to cook, work, and post in IL. I am so thankful for that.

Day 5: Full moon of the November month, called the Beaver Moon. Full Moon Rises Tonight in Pre-Thanksgiving Lunar Show Watched it for long. Sometimes wispy clouds hid it. Peace. Sent up a non-believer's prayer.
