I think she needs a bit more of unstructured free time at a stretch / a fun class which she enjoys / socialising with other kids to divert her attention from the ever bearing study sessions for her to soak in what she has studied.
I missed seeing the 4:30-6 slot earlier. I presume that is her own me time; I hope she gets to do some socializing or a class with other kids her age in that time; That might help

I do not know if she herself wants to study on all the given times or she feels forced to do so. However, expecting her to study continuously and forcing her to follow timings which are not of her own volition will only push her away from the goal you seek. Maybe a group study or a tuition with some other child her own age would work to her advantage.

A kid who is self motivated will try and set her targets instead of being assigned goals and will ease burden on you and herself too..

4.30 to 6 is her own time, but non of the kids around the area comes out to play. Most of her age group are in school till 6 pm as they have extra classes. If some kids at home also goes to tution. We have sent her to tution too but she will teach others but will not study. Now to she goes for hindi tution which she likes but only to talk, no effective in marks.

Yes self motivation is what required, I am trying for that only. I am trying ways to motivate her.

Let her, this is actually the best way of learning!
You may think that she's wasting her time but you'll be surprised to know her potential there! let her decide on her own, aiding her bit by bit and nudging her in the right direction, without her knowing it!
let her do things that interest her, as only they keep the key to her own motivation
