    With finals looming over my head I am unable to figure out the difference between sarcasm, pun and insensitive humor....

    That being said....I am offering my unasked two cents...Being gay, lesbian, bisexual or a transsexual is a huge challenge for people of that sexual orientation, I guess until one is of that sexual orientation it is difficult to understand or imagine the challenges these folks face....I am sorry if I went all banshee on this one, but this is a sore topic for me.

    Rihanna, I am sorry if my comment was hurtful but I was just voicing my opinion on your comment...

    Yes if one only knows the pain and torment that people with certain sexual orientation go through, sensible human will not poke fun at that. Many of them end up being so depressed because of the inner conflict they have within themselves. Not to mention the constant judgement from the society. Remember --Suicide of Tyler Clementi because Dharun Ravi's homophobic action. Never knew gay man have very relaxing life and are ardent fans of Martha Stewart.

    Arch, not at all! Not hurtful at all. Shreya got it right about the pun intended.

    Too lazy to dig it out now, I've posted in a thread apaasn had started that if my kids marry partner of same gender, will make no diff to me as long as they are happy... I am a big pro LGBT rights person, always been,and will be...
