Re: how to paint with enamel paint

    hi brindha

honestly i dont know the answer..but i sure know how it feels to wait for reply :)

    so here goes my suggestion...

try painting in a corner of the glass w/o thinner....then leave it aside see how it turns out..if u think its not good..remove it with any medium u think will do a good job in getting rid of the color..what say??

i like to experiment n learn things..that way u will learn better n find new ways or techniques of doing things...

    :thumbsup:cheers

dear, on glass thinner is used to the minimum.only if the paint is too thick.u can get good finishing with 2 coats, but 1st coating should b dried properly.thanks, hope this helps in future.

    Re: Doubt about glass painting.

    Dear frieands
I am new member. I am very much intersted in painting stuff. I had done few reverse glass paintings couple of years back using oil colours. Now I want to do stain glass ganesha. I have got solvent based fevicril colors, but they do not have white color (does stain glass colors include white color? i am not aware abt it) How to make skin color? Do i need to use golden powder for jwells? (i have it with me).
i heard somewhere that one can use fevicol for making skin color.... i dont want to use oil colors in this one. pls suggest options for pearl and silver jwells as well as ganesha skin (i want to have light pink..nearly white shade for this)...

    thanks in advance

    hai all,

I just want to know the difference between reverse painting & stain glass painting? I know is only one type of painting where i used glass colours and outliner. And i am little confused regarding glass colours, fabric paint colours & water based colors- where & what have to be used? what marker is used to draw outline on a glass
