    welcome here. please try to include more veggies, salads,fresh fruits and hotwater in your diet, drink at least 2 litres of hot water everyday.
    you are eating too little, for dinner have home made veggies soup and an hour after dinner have your apple.
    have heavy breakfast, light lucn and very light dinner
    and please exercise, do brisk walking or join the gym and do aerobics

    Hi Pinky and all of you wanting to loose weight,

    As for me I have lost weight already and am in good shape now.why I am writing to you all is to motivate you guys to get into the determination to loose ..REMEMBER THERE IS NO GAINS WITHOUT PAINS...here the pain is only about exercising and controlling a little where food is concerned.just these two fundas work in loosing weight...ONLY looking at websites that talk about triming down doesnt work...LADIES get going and then see how happy you will be to look much thinner and yes younger and beautiful too...START

    Welcome all new Ilites..good to see many new faces..Weight Loss Buddy is going great..

    Hi Bambli,Alpa,Pinky and all other buddies

    I'm back from weekend but still following my diet..without any change even though I'm not positing here..I'm busy at work and will be busy until next week and from there on busy until Aug'1st for my LO first b'day.

    So whenever I get chance I will post my diet..but will still continue with healthy diet.

    Last week I was only on fruits on Thursday and Friday only fruits and veggies..both are were easy..I felt good..I'm able to do it with no issues..

    I'm planning to do it every week until my LO b'day..just to see some change for the party..

    Hope you guys all are doing good.

    Hello Ladies,
    I could not post my diet charts for a while as I was very busy at work. Last 2 weeks I was trying GM diet for 1st 3/4 days and then the reduced calorie diet. I was able to reduce 4 lb in 2 weeks. I will continue to post from tomorrow.

    Bambli, congrats for reducing . Keep the good job up.

    diet for 7/13

    8:00 water
    9:00 honey n lemon with warm water
    10:00 carrot and walnut loaf
    11:00 green tea
    12:00 hot water - 1/2 lt
    2:00 cooked sprouts(moong,black chick peas,methi seeds,black eyed beans) with cracked wheat,tomatoe and onion
    3:30 green tea
    5:00 apple
    6:00 water
    7:30 home made veggie soup
    10:00 orange juice with few black grapes

    2-3 lts water
    25 mins of stair mill, 5 mins cardio and 30 mins of abs crunches and streches

    I need to check my weight too..I haven't checked for more than 2-3 weeks..will check during this weekend and will keep you posted.

    How is your Pooja going on..still how many days are left with?

    Is there any body in my category, trying to loose weight (feeding mom)??

    i m in ur catagory,,i hav a 7 month old baby..n just stopped feeding..
    i gained 14 pounds as i was in 2nd month of my pregnency..and that time also there was 4-5 extra pounds..it means now i hav to loose around 20 pounds..
    what r u doing for ur belly fat..i started yoga a month before but it was not regular..now i started walking for 40 mins daily but i know only this will not help me in loosing weight..
    i 'll appreciate if anyone can suggest how to remove this belly fat..
    and reduce weight..dieting is not an option for me..coz i m very fond of eating..

    I will post reguarly from today
    yday was my day1
    Day1:-
    6.30am - 1 cup of warm water with lemon juice + honey
    8.00am - 1 bowl of oats with fatfree yogurt and salt
    10.00am- 1 cup of green tea
    12.00 - 2 slices of bread with veggies (beans)+ 1 slice of low fat cheese + 1 cup of fat free yogurt+ 1 thin pretzels packet
    3.00pm- handful of cherries
    5.30- 1 apple
    8.00- 3 small pulaks with soya chunks curry+ cucumber raita

    Exercise 1 hr outside walk + 10 mins of standing abs.
    Will try to reduce my carbs intake in the night.
