    HI sunshine...
    hope you must be feeling better now...dont strain too much. I guess you are not eating enough of fruits or veggies on the respective days... that might be one coz for headache... actually there is no limitation to eat the fruits or veggies during your GM diet... so have it full stomach... problem is since we are not used of eating only these items we dont eat fully...

    Thanks for your reply. I eat fruits.. but not THAT much.. i had many yesterday. I had 4 peaches, cherries, watermelon, 1 apple n some almonds. In dinner I had a "sabjee" of mushroom, onion, peas, carrots and broccoli.

    I has 2½L water too..

    it's ma 4. day today.. i noticed this morning that i have losen about 500g more.. I had bananashake in bf.

    now i'm planning to make that cabbage soup..

    Hi,

    I have started GM diet,today is my day1-fruits only.Ate honeydew(Melon) for bf,cherris for snack and eating melon again for lunch.Drank 3 big glasses of water so far.Hope to continue the rest of the week.
    Have apple for afternoon snack and planning to eat watermelon for dinner

    How was your 1. day ? It's good that u had so much of melon n watermelon.. Kepp it up !

    It was ma 4. day yesterday.. n i had banana shake in morning n had cabbage soup in lunch n dinner.. n some other fruits .. It was time I tastee soup evr cabbagenthough I hate it.. it was ok .. nothin special ..

    But the good news.. i have reduced 3 kg since 1. day :D wiii .. M so happy ...:rotfl

    hi every1

    hv read d blog & i m zapped...does it really works? is it really good for loosing weight? i m 25 years old and getting engaged nxt month....can i adhere to it for loosing extra pounds? are dere any side effects to the diet? is it safe to gym/walk along with the diet? would it be more effective along with the excercise?

    please advice. would it help me to loose few inches as well?

    i would really appreciate if anybody can answer dese questions for me as i m planning to follow it frm tomm.

    also now-a-days watermelons are nt available, so wot is d best alternative? papayas, honey-dew, plum?

    Heeej Shvap.. thanks a lot .. haha.. my mom made it.. she added thodi si sugar.. n almonds.. haha..

    it was ma last day yesterday.. n my weight is still 64 :) i was 67 before i was on this diet.. Last nite I had a prantha.. haha.. i could not resist.. I have not worked out sat n sun.. but i'll work out today .. :hide:

    I have started it again from today. let us see how it will go now..

    Hej Wacky..

    Trust me.. it really works.. I was really surprised.. but yea... it is for real... i think it is safe.. u can feel dizzy but it will go over..

    yep.. it is very effective along with the excercise. I worked out 1½ hr every day for 5 days..
