    Dear Vaishu,

    Your lunch sounds real yummy:)

We had methi leaves sambar, green beans and cabbage veggie, carrot kosumalli for lunch.
I still have the left over sour dough bread. Plan to slice it, spray it with olive oil and spread some sharp salsa and layer it with slices of tomotoes, onions, green peppers and mexican cheese and grill it. Should be good:)

    Hi All,

I live in the UK hence when making dosai, I use ground rice or coconut powder I purchase as I do not have the time to actually grind the ingredients myself...is this acceptable or does it make the dosai taste differently?

    Thanks,
    Vish
