    Hello everybody,

    I have twins who are 10 yrs old and am looking for a good orthdontist for them in the South bay area. I also want to know if all this treatment is necessary at this age. It usually takes two stages and costs about $3000 for each child. Can we wait or is there any other alternative.

    Hi Manju,
    Even my son 7+ was adviced by doc to have braces as he has a gap in front teeths.It has two stages and the 1st one will cost $3000(apt from insurance) and the latter will be more expensive.I am confused about this treatment whether to wait & undergo latter the second stage only or to take both stages which will be really costly.
    If anyone has taken this treatment for kids please advice & share ur experince.
