It is interesting you brought this up, Sir. Just last week, I had an interesting discussion with someone who asked how to work on controlling our senses and try to keep everyone around us happy? She said, "It is impossible to make everyone happy around me". I responded to her, "Keeping everyone happy around us doesn't necessarily mean not to say anything hurting. Sometimes, such hurting words are necessary for the good of someone in the long run as long as it is not uttered only with the intention to hurt. The intend matters the most." Similarly, our bad qualities can be identified by what we see in others as bad qualities. It is my humble view, Sir.
