    Hello friends...
    Lets all pool in some tips and recipes to use the kitchen ingredients wisely.
    1.I would like to make a small bottle of pulihora mixture and refrigerate to use later.
    2.Pulagam made with moong dal and rice and served with peanut chutney.
    3.Any left over curry along with some cheese can be used to make sandwiches.
    4.Guggillu (sundal) i.e tempered beans makes a wholesome snack.
    5.Use kabuli chana,peas, other beans to make chole palak,ragada,rajma curry etc.
    6.Poondu kuzhambu,vada curry,vathal kuzhambu,paruppu urundai kuzhambu.
    7. Podi rice with peanut karam podi,nuvvula karam podi.
    8.Chutney using ridge gourd peel.
    9.Non veg pickles - Fish pickle,chicken pickle,prawn pickles.
    10.Sarvapindi

    I have tried a lot of recipes during the lockdown, good ample number of soup recipes would help prevent corona.

    Using Idly dosa batter

    5. Add considerable quantity of rawa and make rawa dosa
    6. Kanchipuram idly (add curry leaves /pepper /jeera /grated inji /nallanai and little ghee !!

    Using Boiled rice batter-


    1. Neer dosa
    2. Sevai
    3. Add sour curd and make morekali
    4. Nombhu adai-in a kadai temper curry leaves spices hing and add this batter and cook
    6.till the water is totally absorbed ..after it cools down make small balls and steam!

    2. I had a vicarious experience of sitting in a posh restaurant in Chennai browsing there menu booklet. Mouth watering as I read this a few minutes before I begin my breakfast.
    Whatever be the situation outside home, the appetite always arrive in time. Thank you God. Regular appetite is also a sign of health & wealth.
