Don't Know How To Commit And Love Myself

    Water
    Coffee
    Porridge
    Chappathi 2 with kurma.. And half bowl of veg rice.
    Coffee
    Biscuits 5
    Dosa4 with sambar

    Water 6 glasses

    Today starts to include green tea and black eye beans boiled plain sundal.

    No physical activity... Tmw will start simple floor exercise and 10000 steps target..

    At least for few days stop all fried like vada or anything with cream or butter or cheese. Whole day drink lemon water, replace tea coffee with 3 plain green tea bags only in morning. Rest of the day drink detox water. For detox water soak lemon, ginger, mint leaves, cucumber whole night in 2 liter water bottle. Eat more green leafy veggies. Less carbs and more protein fiber food.

    Hi..

    I'm trying to stop little by little fried and sugar items.

    Usually I have 3 teas and one coffee... Now, I changed into one coffee and one tea and one green tea...

    Soon, will cut milk items and turn into black coffee and green tea as per ur suggestion.
    Early morning having lemon water honey and ginger... Try to take two more times in a day.

    Your suggestion is good.. Will do little by little. Thank you.

    Morning drink - Badam milk without sugar
    Breakfast - Garlic bread 3 Slices
    Mid morning-Green tea
    Lunch time had Popcorn plain no butter.. Slightly salted.
    Evening - Coffee
    Dinner - Small cup of beetroot rice
    One glass of milk

    No physical activity

    That’s very good. Slow and steady change lifestyle. Make sure you sleep early and take good sleep. If you take good sleep you will not need caffeine during day. Take 3 tea bags green tea without sugar milk and you will feel fresh energetic. Don’t buy junk food at all. In your grocery list only fresh healthy food should be there. Build will power to control cravings. Sipping lemon water helps cravings. Add exercise routine daily. Try to use stairs instead of elevator. Try to do stretching in office every few minutes. Don’t starve yourself. Keep carrots cucumbers fruits handy.

    But physical activity.. I didn't do... I have to concentrate and do it daily.
    First start warm up and 30 mins..
