Apply Neem leaves paste on the skin. It has strong antibiotic properties without any side effects. My mother gave me some home made Neem leaf powder to use while bathing to get rid of my then skin issues. It helped! Check this Neem Leaves Water For Eczema

Alternatively, boil a concoction of fresh neem leaves (about 50 leaves in 2 litres of water) till the leaves are soft and discoloured, and the water turns green. Strain and refrigerate in a glass bottle. Add about 100 ml of this to your bath water to get rid the skin and scalp infections. Fresh neem leaves are available in Indian stores.

I like the idea of neem.

Always I have taken neem tablets every year for a month in early spring.

I'm thinking the same, i.e. stop soap for some time (month sounds good)

What's wrong with parachute though? The one I have says ingredients is only coconut oil. Unless the labeler is omitting some information.

Trader Joes cold pressed is good ---- I actually applied it to some rashes and it healed.

The Kerry gold butter is made from milk produced by grass fed cows (no antibiotics used).I use their unsalted butter to make ghee for my kids.

Parachute coconut oil that comes in a blue plastic bottle is expeller pressed (oil extracted at high temperature loses most of its goodness). It could be refined too.

Recently they launched cold pressed Virgin coconut oil ideal to use for cooking, skin and hair. This oil is ideal to use as it’s extracted from coconut milk using low temperature. I have tried and understood the huge difference between both. I loved it.

You could try these two brands too. They are all the same. https://www.amazon.com/Nutiva-Cold-Pressed-Unrefined-Sustainably-Coconuts/dp/B000GAT6NG

Fresh and/or dried neem leaves and neem powder are available in Indian stores. when looking for powdered form you can try the organic kind like the one from Jiva organic foods. Hesh and Ancient Veda neem powders are good too.
