    Try to do vegan diet for some days along with celery juice. Replace Indian chai with green tea in morning. Eat more leafy veggies, mushrooms and salads, less gluten, less processed food, more sunshine. Your pain will go away

    If I am in India, I would have get a proper diagnosis and felt good by now. Missing that a lot.
    Even am planning for a small quick visit to India to check my health.

    @DDream ,
    You were talking about inflammatory markers test right?
    What are they?
    I am planning to eat those to rule out that. Is PCP a good place to start or should I see any specialist?

    Hi @gknew,
    My blood test Shows high Inflammation rate. My Doctor went crazy as my CRP was fine but ESR (Sedimentation rate) was coming high. Too high especially if i have even minor Colds. He even did my heart check up to rule out any complications. My diet is more or less vegan, i domt smoke or drink. After running multiple blood Tests, my doc concluded that my RBC size is apparently small and to top it my HB Level is bit low (10) and Vit d Levels are also low, so he asked me to take Iron Supplements religiously, that helped getting ESR in Control. It is the same Problem with my mom and my Cousin.My mom n Cousin stay in India, and yet doctors aren't able to help much.

    CRP (C-reactive protein ) and Sed rate, or erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). If there is any inflammation it will be high. Yes, you can request your family physician to do a detailed test (including thyroid, blood components, B12, vitamin D, CRP, SED etc..)

    @ashwinid01 , Yes, If we have any cold or sinus , the inflamation markers will be high ( I noticed in my case). So do blood test only when you dont have them. If there is joint issues or inflammation inside (autoimmune issues, IBD etc ), they will be high even if we dont have cold/fever.

    Thank you so much @ashwinid01.
    What were your symptoms before you tested for inflammation?
    I have low iron and vitamin D values too. My doctor prescribed me iron supplements 3 times a day. And vitamin D 50000iu per week.
    I have been taking those for a month now.

    Thanks @DDream.
    I will start with my PCP then. I don't know if I really need these tests or not. I had my physical a couple of months back and I tested for thyroid, b12, vitamin D, iron and other common blood panel. Everything was fine except iron and d. Even b12 is only 350, but the doctor said it's ok.
    I have to check CRP, ESR now. Hope she agrees to it. She is not so friendly in ordering blood works.

    @DDream,
    Just an update here..
    I did my blood work. My PCP did a blood order for CRP, SR, RA,ANA, uric acid, iron,ferritin.
    All were normal except iron. So she put me on iron supplements.

    Sorry for late Reply.. I din't have any Major Symptoms. ESR was high during Cold, so he wanted to recheck again, but it was still showing high, so he ran many blood Tests.

    So (1) how low is iron and (2) for how long you are prescribed iron supplements.

    I suffer from itchy skin which as per the dermatologist is due to low hemoglobin.
    Mine is 9.9 whereas normal hemoglobin should be 12. I have been taking Feroglobin capsules for last two months with very little reduction in itchiness.
