    Oh then you should probably start with beginners shred and later move to 30 day shred, anyways you tried and that’s a big start :)

    Few Questions ladies:
    1. While on keto or any diet, are you not constipated?
    Any diet lead to constipation hence it is always recommended to consume lots of water (min 3 lts/1 gallon) which helps the system to function with low-carb, high protein and high fat diets.
    1. My body is prone for constipation easily and I need to consume fruits like orange, banana :)nono: more carbs) or papaya or grapes, more fibers everyday!!!! Please suggest some healthy alternatives to avoid constipation problems... Is papaya good at dinner time??? One of my friend suggested flax seed powder mixed into my ragi batter to reduce constipation!!!
    The main disadvantage of Keto diet is many fruits are not keto complaint, hence the above fruits you mentioned above will give slow weightloss, on the other hand all Berries are good togo with low-carb/keto, if possible consume a bowl of berries with plain greek yogurt or cottage cheese, which will check the fiber in-take for that day. Again water helps in smooth bowl movements for any diet or you are do the carb cycling just to alter with high carb/low carb days which will help with constipation as well. And whatever protein/fats that we consume during keto diet are recommended to be Whole foods instead of GMO, as that is also one of the factor for constipation.

    I usually dont snack with my tea, sorry for no input here :)

    Today's weight 82Kg

    let me keep a short time target. to come to 70s (atleast 79)

    Hi Sravani,

    thanks a lot for your inputs!!!

    I tried to consume a bowl of berries with plain greek yogurt but got upset stomach so stopped it!!!

    I prone to acidity/ gastric issues easily and my stomach has been very sensitive to what I’m eating.... so started having home yogurt itself ...

    Breakfast - 2boiled eggs (white only), 12oz oatmeal
    Lunch - 2 chappathi with potato curry
    Eve - orange
    Dinner - ragi dosa n 1/4 turmeric milk

    Ex:
    Taking it easy as I’m still recovering from sickness.
