    Dear Sri @Cheeniya Sir
My second nomination is @Agatha83 ma'am's Mission Impossible.

I looked at this post as one to make me stop for a moment and assess my own attitude towards others. One day we all will reach that same age. It was a reinforcement for me to continue to show compassion to my fellow beings.

Thank you kkrish, for nominating my post. As you have rightly said compassion for fellow human beings is one of the most important human values, that need to inculcated right from childhood. Most of the time, we meet people who are extremely rude and aggressive. Maybe we belong to the old school of thought where compassion, courtesy, respect were essential part of our growing up.

Cheeniya Sir, I have the honour of nominating a beautiful piece of snippet written by @Agatha83. She was subjected to something by the employees of a public sector bank which we cannot call but torture. A bank employee died, and the guy in charge of the locker section went to attend it giving the customers an agonising wait. The manager is expected to manage, but the lady manager had no back up for the locker guy. This is shear nonsense, and this cannot happen in modern banking system. Agatha Mam has written her torturous moments in a rather humorous manner. She actually has depicted a burning problem that many people suffer everyday in a lively way.

    Dear @Tamrakshar,

Thank you very much for nominating my snippet. In many banks I found the manager totally helpless, when it came to resolving customers problems. Right from mobile , internet and other public services, I found that even talking to the top most person in charge is useless, because it finally boils down to the same person belonging to the lowest cadre, whom you regarded as callous and rude. This is stark reality faced by every customer dealing with public sector personnel.
