    Breakfast - 1 bread, 2 boiled eggs n 8oz oats
    Lunch - 1/4 cup okra rice n 1 cup home yogurt
    Eve - 1 orange
    Dinner - ragi idly n 1 bowl papaya & grapes (finished dinner before 8pm)

    Ex:
    Walking - 60 mins
    Floor ex - 30 mins
    Total Steps: 16,328
    Distance: 8 miles

    Bf: black coffee n 2 egg omlette
    Lunch: 2 phulka and tomato kurma
    Eve: black cofffee and almonds
    Dinner: pumpkin curry,pineapple pachadi ( today festival for us ,so prepared kajayam as sweet,so tasted 2).

    Lunch - Fish fry and spring onion poriyal
    Eve - 1 cup tea without sugar, 20gms peanut
    Dinner - 2 eggs with cheese slice and veg salad with Paneer
    Water - 3.5lts

    Breakfast - 1 bread n oats (no eggs due to festival)
    Lunch - 2 chappathi with potato curry n 1 cup home yogurt
    Eve - 1 orange
    Dinner - ragi dosa n 1 bowl papaya
    1 vada n 4 tbsp sweet Pongal
    **Due to festival today my mom prepared sweet pongal and friends gave vada, Payasam so tasted everything in small proportions (yummy:yum:). I’ll do 60 mins Zumba tomorrow to burn out calories :treadmill:

    Dinner - 2 eggs, 2 coconut floor Naan with veg curry
    Water - 2.5 ltr

    Eve: black coffee n almonds
    Dinner: wheat dosa and drumstick leaves sambar.

    Lost around 2lbs (truly achievable through diet n ex)

    Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs n veggie omelette
    Lunch - 1/2 bowl hand pound rice with potato curry n carrot salad n 1 cup home yogurt
    Eve - 1/2 banana
    Dinner - millet semiya n 1 bowl papaya (tasted 5 tbsp left over ghee sweet Pongal yummy!)

    Ex:
    Zumba (instructor led) - 60 mins
    Total Steps: 11,636
    Distance: 6.6 miles

    Interesting Lunch :clap2: - I got a build your own salad bowl (lettuce, romaine, carrots, cucumbers, avacado, warm grilled chicken, tortilla chips & dressings) it was filling!!!
    Eve - 1 orange n tea (much deserved 1st cup for this week) with digestive biscuit
    Dinner - ragi idly, chutney n grapes
