    Hi,
    I am looking for a fitness buddy who is interested in inch loss.I took a week break due to health issues and I restarted my routine from yesterday (Monday October 21).

    I am a JM fan and I workout 5 days a week while keeping track of exercise and diet through Fitbit and HealthifyMe apps.It gets kind of boring and monotonous, so I am here asking to share workouts and diet on a daily basis to motivate each other. I think it will be exciting to track and share Inch loss on a monthly basis while checking weight on a weekly basis. Are you interested?

    Back after a long break.

    Due to lot of other issues, had not been able to focus on my health. Left gym. No proper concentration on healthy eating.

    Indulged in lot of junk due to emotional stress.

    Anyhoo,

    With 2020, I plan to restart my weight loss journey.

    As of now my current weight is 85kg

    (I lost 3kgs from my last update ).

    Mid Goal 1- to reach 81 by end of feb 2020.

    Mid goal 2- to reach 75kg by end of april 2020

    Mid goal 3 - to reach 70kg by end of july 2020.

    Semi Final goal - to reach 65kg by oct 2020

    Final goal - to reach 60kg by end of december 2020

    Hoping to stick to this goal.

    No gym but contiuing weight training at home with 5kg dumbells.
    Lot of mat exercises
    45mins daily stationary bike

    Avoid junk max and only limit to once or twice a month indulgence.

    Healthy timely meals.

    No fad diets.
    No fancy diets.

    Weight will be checked on every friday early morning on empty stomach as soon as i wakeup to have a a correct estimation of weight always.

    Bought the book of 12week fitness project by rujuta diwekar.

    Starting to follow from today (8-jan 2020).

    Including ghee (pure desi cow ghee) is must for fat loss/weight loss.

    Drink 1litre plain water as soon as you wakeup even before brushing teeth.

    30-45mins daily activity is a must. Or atleast 5days a week.

    Give a rest day and a cheat day once a week.
    I dont call it a cheat day. I call it a treat day. It's important to once in a while enjoy eating what you like.

    Dieting is not a punishment to avoid eating what you like and eat only salads or green teas.

    Diet should be a life long healthy lifestyle that you incorporate daily.

    Once in a while its common to jump out of the routine due to personal or professional stress.

    Its totally fine. Dont feel guilty. Just get back on track. That's important.

    Keep a dress that you cant fit in or a photo infront of you and daily see it to keep yourself motivated to lose weight.

    Its important to lose weight slow and healthily without compromising on our emotional, physical or mental wellbeing.

    Fad diets or fancy diets like intermittent fasting or ketos may work for some bt it is not healthy in the long run.

    Follow a healthy eating to lose weight gradually and it will never be gained back.

    :hello:Sipping lukewarm water often and drinking lukewarm jeera water especially after meal facilitates faster near complete digestion and aids weight loss claims my friend.

    Ask your friend some checking questions about how s/he detects, or measures, near complete digestion... and the time it takes to get there. Some medical colleges discuss placebo's as part of their mental health programs.
