Hi Ladies, Currently my 14 years old DD and 12 years old DS are having school dinners. I am planning to send them packed lunches from next term. They don't prefer to take traditional Indian food to school except occassional biryani. We are non vegetarians and DD only eats Chicken. I want to change that and include more veggies and make healthier choices. Right now, i am planning to pack the following 1.Chicken Fried Rice with lots of Veggies, Yoghurt 2.Wrap with hummus, boiled eggs,lettuce, Any fruit 3.Veg noodles , Fruit Salad Any other ideas, please? What are you packing for your teens? And What are the afterschool snacks you are giving them? TIA
