Starting A New Weight Loss Thread - Sap From Oct 1 2019

    Breakfast- corn
    Lunch - drumstick leaves dry curry
    Snacks - 25 badam
    Dinner - 1 small dark chocolate, custard apple

    Workout
    3*2 surya namaskar (dh did not accompany so I lost interest.)
    Little crunches

    Water intake - 2.5 ltrs

    Breakfast - panneer and capsicum
    Lunch - mushroom, white pumpkin in curd
    Snacks - badam
    Dinner - 2 apples

    Got my AF, so no work out for the next 5 days.

    Breakfast - barnyard millet pongal
    Lunch - heavy lunch today in office
    (1 chapati, paneer gravy, little biriyani, little fried rice, little chilly parotta, little curd rice)
    Dinner - 1 piece dark chocolate alone

    Water - 3 ltrs

    No work out

    hello All,,

    back on track..

    Travelling in Nov end.. exactly 45 days from today.. i need to tone down.

    So back on Diet!! LCHF diet

    Today - 14th Oct 2019

    2 green tea
    3 coffee
    cauliflower pepper fry
    egg roast for lunch
    1 cucumber + 1 carrot
    2 guava
    200 ml of skimmed milk + oziva..

    will update work out tomorrow..

    Hi Priyasaki....Very good for your efforts... But how can you survive full day with such a small meal. Please share tips... I think your meals are barely 800calories diet less than 1200 calories are very harmful in long run

    Breakfast - ground nut soaked and boiled
    Lunch - 1 parotta, mushroom gravy and babycorn dry
    Dinner - 2 guava

    Oct 14th
    Breakfast - coconut milk
    Lunch - plantain stem curry, carrot beans curry
    Snacks - 3 sweet paniyaram(very hungry)
    Dinner - apple

    Oct 15th
    Breakfast - sweet corn
    Lunch - bottle guard kootu
    Snack - mixed sundal
    Dinner - apple, guava

    No work out on all the above days

    Breakfast - white channa soaked and boiled
    Lunch - cauliflower dry curry and brinjal fry
    Snacks - badam
    Dinner - apple, orange

    Work out - 4 rounds of surya namaskar
    Little crunches

    I am checking on calories for past 2 days only. I have installed healthifyme and tracking calories.
    Yeah, I should intake 1200 calories so thought of using ghee and butter.

    I am following the diet for the past 40 days. I am not feeling hungry. Initially I thought I could not follow, but my dh encouraged me a lot and supporting me till now

    Breakfast - 200 Ml oziva shake with water and 2 tsp chia seeds
    1 cucumber
    1 carrot
    2 Guava
    2 coffee
    2 green tea
    3 lts water
    lunch - mushroom masala + 1 cup curd
    dinner - less than 50 Gms rice + rasam

    No workout!!
