    :hello:Anything for good to begin with I would suggest auspicious phase of the moon viz. new Moon day or after ie waxing phase of the moon.
    2. Mind has a bearing on moon and one eats because mind gives you the command and propels signals.

    BF: 2 idli's + sambar + coffee
    Lunch: rice + Vathakhuambu + rasam + beans + curd
    Dinner: 1 Paneer paratha + green chutney

    Missed walking today . It was raining .

    :hello:It would be a nice idea to include in the regimen measurement of weight always taken in the morning as soon as one wakes up. To facilitate a small weighing machine placed near to bathroom or inside it. A record can be hung in wall nearby with some bold +ve quote relating to BMI.
