Stem Cell Preservation

Hi momies,in few weeks am going to deliver a cute and little baby, right now In 31 week of pregnancy,and I need advice/suggestions regarding stem cell preservation,how far it is useful and is it helpful to the baby in future to do preservation,and what is the best stem cell banking , and if we planned for that we need to intimate them before the delivery or after delivery als we can intimate them?? bcoxz we don't know when the baby wish to come out in to this world,so if the delivery happens all of sudden means how to preserve them,
Ofcource I will discuss about this with my doc but before approaching doc I need some basic knowledge about it,so looking for some suggestions here,plz share if u have any idea about it...thank u
