Planning For Stubborn Weight Loss

    Hi Ladies,

    It is high time to loose the stub-born weight of Mine. Is there any body who can join me in this weight loss journey.

    Currently I am weighing 88Kgs and I am planning to loose 5 Kg in a month.

    Please help me /motivate me /join with me to loose weight naturally.

    I Would also request you to share some tips to loose weight.

    Just a word of caution from my side, It’s unhealthy to lose more than 1/2 Kg a week (never aim to lose more than 1 or 2 kgs a month). Home workouts and sensible eating gave me the best results. You can try different workouts (5 days a week) from YouTube , use an app to keep track of your calories such as HealthifyMe. I am planning to start working out from tomorrow after a break.Good luck.

    Hi,
    I am in.
    But 5 kgs loss per month is wrong ambition.
    You can target 2-2.5 kgs.
    But you will definitely have to count your calories intake, I am also using healthifyme for that.
    Workout should be at least 30 minutes per day at least 5 days a week, anything in which you sweat.

    Hi Kavitha,
    I will join u in this weight loss journey... currently I am at 75kgs and want to reduce 15 kgs .
    I want to try intermittent fasting... will start from Tuesday...
    I am going for an hours walk in the evenings 5 times a week but since I am not following any diet my weight is not coming down at all...so want start a proper and sustainable diet.

    I will join too. I have started few days back after a break. Back to strict diet and walking. Walking for an hour 5 days a week.

    Hi Kavitha, You can visit a nearby reputed acupuncture clinic and can take few sittings for weight loss and follow their diet chart. We can lose weight naturally without much efforts. Costs around 300 rupees per sitting. I lost 6 kgs of weight in 7 sessions. Wishes for your weight loss journey.:thumbsup:

    Of course yes. They will hear the complaints and do the necessary sessions. But make sure to check the reviews of the acupuncture clinic you choose. The treatment images may look scary but believe me it wont be painful. the pain of the needle will be just for fraction of seconds.
