    Starting weight - 98kgs
Current Weight - 94.5kgs (3.5kg loss total in 1 month)

Diet- lot of calorie rich foods eaten in past 1week due to Varalakshmi vratham and weekend meets with friends. (Not guilty at all. Enjoyed the feast and now back on track).

Workout - strength training and cardio continued at gym. Love the time spent at gym.

Included 1 teaspoon ghee in diet once a day as per doctor and nutritionist advice while reducing oil intake. Seeing great improvement in overall energy level and health along with healthy weight loss.

It's great that u r doing exercise 6 days. Can u replace all packet snack with salad and fruits? Like eat cucumber, carrot, Apple, banana instead of khakra, chikki

Hi, that khakra n chikki were once in a while snacks. Everyday i take different snacks. Mostly it is either a fruit or few nuts. :)

    Update as on 31/08/2019

    Starting weight - 98kg
Current weight - 92 kg (total 6kg weight loss)

This despite having hearty meals of pulihogare and sweets on varalakshmi festival.

This is how I always wanted it to be. Enjoy every food. And yet maintain calorie intake and healthy weightloss.

Weight loss should not be a stressful event. Let it be a beautiful process where u lose the fat and not the energy and muscle mass in the blind following of fad diets.
We never gained all the weight in few days so don't expect all the excess weight to lose in few days.

    Update on 21/09/2019 :

    Starting weight : 98kgs (july 2019)
    Current weight : 89 kgs (september 2019)

    Lost 9kgs overall. Feeling happy.
But had to quit gym temporarily due to other commitments so the weight loss is slow.

Ofcourse making sure to get atleast 30mins of workout everyday all 7days.

Diet- eating healthy no restrictions on calorie rich diet. Enjoying eating everything.

Next target is to reach 80kgs.(aiming for 9kg weight loss). No time limit. Just taking one day at a time and enjoying this weight loss progress.
