    13th Aug 2019: Two month completed on this journey
    Weight loss: 2.5KG (Not bad but June, July and Aug has many outings and feasting)
    Inchloss 2 inches approx
    Learn portion control, Patience and Belief that I can achieve my goal if i focus. Some day i lost motivation, had cheat meals and not following my plans but at last i catch my train and board again...
    Thanks for being with me in my journey lovely ladies.

    Let me start more focusing and work out some strategy:
    Strategy: 1st Week: 12th to 18th Aug: Wt 77.5Kg
    Target weight: 77Kg
    1460 cal diet (Carbs 145: Protein 73:Fat 65)
    Resistance training
    No Outside Food
