    Doctors say a high fat, low sugar diet is the best. Say hello to paneer, olive oil and ghee. Say no to the ladoos. Also stay away from medications as always look for alternatives. Medications have too many negative side effects

    Only hdl also called the good fat is needed.
    LDL and triglycerides have to be within normal levels

    LDL and HDL are mere transporters of cholesterol rather than cholesterol. Blood is water based and cholesterol is oil based so they don’t mix. That’s why transporters are needed. Hdl takes away cholesterol from blood and bring to liver. Ldl takes cholesterol from liver to blood. Cells need cholesterol and therefore reducing ldl can cause cholesterol starvation for cells.

    Doctors say higher cholesterol levels are actually good for you. Don’t take my word, medical doctors are presenting the information
