Weightloss Journey 13th June 2019

    1st July 2019: 78 Kg
    Maintaining 1200 Cal diet
    Cheated on Golgappa & Ice cream at dinner time.
    Started Jeera water..... One litre water put one tsp Cumin seeds and drink full day and refill it again...

    1200 cal diet
    Cheat 2 motichur laddoo, one small coconut ladoo and one homemade orange cupcake...oops enough for today...
    Steps 11k 7.9km 450 cal burnt
    Weight I just check every Saturday only
    Is Jeera water effective?

    2nd July: No cheat, follow walk, diet and water.
    3rd July: Only feasted whole day but no weight gain next day morning
    4th July: Controlled meals and have homefood and jeera water whole day...But weight is at 78 Kg but now everyone is complimenting that you lost weight.

    I am not much confident about jeera water? But overall something is working...

    I am sick right now...cough and cold... yesterday had invited a friend so no diet and no walk...hope by tomorrow I feel good

    You are most welcome.... I told you my experience with weight and conception. I was overweight around 83 kg when I conceived and was trying for more than a year to reduce for getting conceive but in reality weight and pregnancy in my case had no correlation. I had no issue during pregnancy and i enjoyed each single day of my way to motherhood.... In simple word... Don't take your scale any reason for your worry...it only delay conception bcoz your body will produce Cortisol and it effect everything.

    5th July: Party at my son day care. Had Burger, cakes and what not... But dinner i skipped, To my surprise I was not gained any weight.
    6th July: Party at home... Had very light breakfast and Lunch but evening & dinner was all I could not resist and had more than 2500 calories intake....
    7th July: Still tracking me back on my routine.
    8th July : I weighed myself 79.2Kg (Gained) but whole day i was sticking myself to protein and less carbs...
    9th July: Back on track... Started morning walk for 20 Minutes, plan to join gym from today...Diet is on perfect track... thanks to my hubby for accompanying me in my fitness journey... he lost in 7 weeks almost 9Kgs and I lost only 4 kgs. Added cucumber in my water along with green tea and jeera. Truely, I am enjoying this time... Its like a fun game for me... to experiment...

    10july: stick to my diet, weigh 78kg, started 20 minutes brisk walk and 10 min elliptical from today... my Prepegnancy dress is now wearable... happy
