I have not purchased gold from Saravana stores. I am not of much help. But since I usually don’t like quality of their clothing section, I had avoided their gold section too. Why are you concerned? Is it about the quality or about the gold scheme? Maybe someone else can help you.

You may get marginally competitive rates at Saravana Stores, but quality wise they are not so reliable.
