Whenever I get engrossed with Darwin, I take a look in a mirror and ask myself 'Me a monkey?' and feel as disgusted as Dorian Gray. The popular question that everyone asks is that 'if I was a monkey once, why there are still monkeys there and how long will they take to become me?'
That 'Don't walk away when I am talking to you' shows that humans could have come from any living being, not necessarily a monkey!

1325 Ravana

Sometime back, I saw a TV ad with Ravana suffering from common cold and sneezing from all the ten heads. I once heard in a discourse, that Ravana never had ten heads and twenty hands in a physical sense. It was merely to illustrate his corporeal and mental faculties. He had brain power and physical strength of ten men. He asked the audience that when he had ten heads and twenty hands, why he was not having twenty legs. Ravana was a great devotee of Lord Shiva and an excellent singer too.

A classic example is Ronald Eustace Psmith. He explains the extra P in his name as 'The P in his surname is silent ("as in pshrimp" in his own words) and was added by himself, in order to distinguish him from other Smiths'
Ordinary words and names bore Wodehouse!

Lord Shiva's Daughters
We all know that lord Shiva has three sons, namely, Ganesha, Karthikeya and Ayyappa.
But it was news to me that Shiva had three daughters too.
Knowledge is indeed like the sinking star beyond the utmost bounds of human thought!
