new to oxford arms,edison nj

hi all, we are looking for an appartment near train station with shuttle service. is oxford arms good. how about the bugs, and other isues. this is going to be a completely new place stayed in florida before , but not in any cold place. my 8 yr old is currently in 3rd grade. right now in india.
