    Hi Shanvy, good to see you. Yes, this water retention, salt or no salt, pickles or no pickles is really unnerving. No way but to learn to live with it as best as one can and to be as careful as one can.

    the sciatica and piniformis act up, and the laptop was also acting up..so took the break..

    have been eating right, and looks like a drop in measurements.. helps that I am on the ditch the scale phase..

    this is a energy bar, I recently made for my daughter..the sneaky mom that I am, and her stress induced hormone imbalance, there is sesame and flax seeds that are said to help balance.

    so this has palm jaggery roasted sesame both white and black (with skin), roasted flax, some roasted gram, roasted chia.. flavored with some dry ginger powder and cardamom powder..stays well for a month and more.. you can mix and match nuts, cereals.. the trick is the success of the jaggery syrup and well roasted grains and seeds..

    Trying my best to eat sensibly, though I do slip. I try to make up for those boo-boos during the day.

    Today's deal:

    Breakfast: Coffee, 1 udad vada, 1 plain dosa
    Lunch: 1 glass buttermilk
    Evening: 1 glass mosambi juice, chips
    Dinner: Boiled broccoli, water in which broccoli was boiled and knolkhol

    Not a very sensible diet overall, but have tried to keep the calories in control.​

    @SunPa, all the three ingredients are fresh, juiced through a cold press.. only glitch it stains.. i also run it in mixie one by one..and strain..(Reason i use the amla and ginger along with coriander to make a thokku..mean mom lol)

    and try the bar, it is nutritious and no mess one..

    just to make drinking water in summer interesting.. the infused water is a way to go.. i also drink cumin, ginger and fennel infused..but sharing this in case someone wants to..

    don't go too low love, you will be able to work it out.. keep the balance.. i love the colors and balance.. where did lunch go.. have a salad..it can just be some cucumbers, and a few pieces of carrots.. ..don't let the brain think you are starving, it is where the yo-yo happen.. i am fasting today, but i keep up with the liquids and water in such a way, that the brain is trained to feel full.. i do have juices, milk so technically it is not starving..

    there are no boos boos at all satchi.. enjoy them without any guilt...

    One more long day at work. Was too tired to even wake up and was feeling woozy due to drowsiness this morning. Had a cup of coffee and pushed myself to work. Ordered breakfast.

    Evening: 1 glass mosambi juice, 1 idli (airfried cubes with molgapodi)
