    Communication error. I am in India since Jan and will return in May after fully enjoying the festivities. For withdrawing more than 50000 PAN card number is required and it is not new. Don't worry people are carrying Crores. As lon G as one is not caught, he or she is honest.

    My bad. I am glad you are enjoying the fun in India election festival. I was told today, DMK party pays Rs 500 recharge to anyone who sends message to 20 people asking them to vote for DMK. Is it allowed under election laws?
