Summers have only started in Delhi and I have already developed itchy bra rashes on both the sides. I tried applying coconut oil and aloe vera but it wasn't of much help. What more can I do to soothe my skin? I wear 38DD size and in this it is difficult to get a pure cotton bra.

Too early to get a persistent bra rash .The temperatures are very confortable.
Could it be some kind of fungal infection or may be allergy to something like detergent or bra material?

Maybe. I'll make sure I handwash them with something mild.

Try drying them in direct sunlight ,inside out .
If they are rough from use ,try using a softener.

Can u change the bra twice day maybe? The sweat itself causes irritation..if you can take bath twice a day and apply talcum powder maybe you'll get relief...if not, consult dermatologist..maybe it's due to fungal infection and the doctor can prescribe some medicated creams/ointments / powder that can help..

I have noticed that this rash developed ever since I started working out again. Maybe I need to look for a sports bra.

If you are working out , wear a sports bra, and after cool down , take it off , make sure you are dry ( or shower) and change into a clean bra.

First you need to get rid of the rash , aloe vera gel worked for me, Apply at night , wait for it to dry and sleep free.
If the rash intensity is not reducing, please check with doctor. It could be a fungal infection
