    Did Pilates today. It looks simpler, but really powerful. Could feel the muscle pain!!.

    Diet is on the track.
    Improving on the water intake.

    Hi Sail welcome to our group.
    It is better to check with the doctor. Some suggest light exercise is good. But only a doctor can take the call.

    Make sure you eat healthy green veggies, and nuts. Avocado, broccoli, pomegranate, salads, etc.

    Drink lots of water. Do meditation. There are so many mediation related to pregnancy available in YouTube. Check it out. Stay healthy and happy ☺ .
