    Dear Sri Thyagarajan,

    Thank you for your visit to this thread. When there is focus, one experiences flow state. The war fought with significant intensity between Arjuna and Karna can be described as flow state as well. When Vidhura pronounced right action in the kingdom, he might have experienced flow state as well. Even when Panjali called for help to the Lord, she might have experienced the flow state ignoring the humiliation she had experienced.

    Good insight! I love the Panchali sabatham written by Bharathiyar. We have read that she surrendered herself to God. But now your insight motivated me to think from different level. Thanks.

    In my opinion , bliss is the state where we dont need any organs of this five elements body to experience happiness. Only mind and soul experience happiness.

    :hello: I am not sure I understood this because if mind and soul are not organs of the body then there is no picture of “experience “ in the normal contextual usage.
    Thanks and Regards.
    God bless.

    Sir we cant see mind , intellect, and impressions because these are subtle faculties of a soul. Mind thinks, intellect decides and visualise, and impressions repeats actions automatically by all sense organs. Experiencing bliss is above all as we feel love but cant show its evidence physically. Its a matter of only and only to feel. Bliss is as well. Cant be describe in words.

    @vidhyalakshmid,

    Thank you for the second response. You have clearly added one more to my reading list. :)

    @Thyagarajan,

    There is a slight variation between flow state and how our mind enjoys appreciation. The flow state passes the level of appreciation and the performance is the focus and not the reward.

    @ratan,

    I agree bliss is a state of transcending the mind and intellect. It is an experience of Anandamaya Kosha. However, a living being (with senses, mind and intellect) can experience bliss if one knows how to transcend the four other Koshas. Impressions will disappear if one experiences bliss. That is my humble view.
