    Hi Alyssum, I think it will help you if you increase protein in your diet - like a cup of sprouted sundal or rajma or channa kulambu or adai - some kind of protein for every single meal. Also I think you need lot more veggies. Both protein and veggies will bring down the carb intake and cravings and help to lose weight and also make you more healthy.

    You are right...
    I need to change food items.

    I suffered from viral fever, so got leg and joint pain.sometimes my fingers also paining...
    So, physical activity is zero. Just walk inside home. My household chores also done by my mom (mil). I'm just trying to do cut the veggies as little help I'm doing...
    Today feel like getting relieve from pain. So, did some household activity.

    Soon, I can prepare my healthy food.

    I will update my food chart soon. Suggest me my menu good or not. Kindly help me.

    your menu is not good. i noticed that you are veggie

    look for indian veggie menus. lot of channa, different types ( can be supplemented ).

    @Alyssum, you need to visit a physician and get a full blood work. once your viral effects go. adress the leg pain. your weight maybe causing those pains.. look for exercises that does not put strain on your knees and heel..trying to do exercises when your body is saying it is painful, will cause more harm. pain because of exercise is different..that happens when your muscles are stretched or worked more,,which can be taken care of by stretches and a hot bath

    household activity, regular walking is not enough for calorie deficit

    your diet needs to be looked into.. eat more vegetables, less carbs..

    you need accountablity.. sometimes, a dietician, or a yoga teacher is all that it takes to put you back on course..

    Daily household works and regular walk is not enough to me.. You made me thinking.
    You are correct, Im in lazy level. I need to concentrate and plan wisely to do it.

    Yoga doesn't fit me. Already I tried. Dietician thinking to go..

    First, I need to change my mind set. I'm stuck with myself. I need to prepare food menu for myself.

    Today, I change my food items.

    Morning coffee, Kelloggs, lunch-mixed veg Daliya for lunch one bowl, evening - one biscuit, one vada, one glass payasam, dinner- milk.
    I felt heavy in evening so milk is enough to me.
    No exercise...

    Getting better from leg pain. Soon start exercise.
