If you want to do it, do it persistently...without compromising your health. Initially it will be difficult...but later on...you will be used to it.
My 'method' doesn't work for everyone. You need to find out what works the best for you.

is it possible to visit your doctor ?
If pain persists they recommend for abdominal scan. Your insurance should cover this treatment.
Please stop all dieting and consume food which are easier to digest and are high in fiber.

Yes I’m planning to do so very soon. Heard my insurance doesn’t cover scanning. Need to check with them

How did you find that your insurance doesn't cover scanning ?
As long as you have decent insurance I'm not sure why it wouldn't be covered.
How much is your co-pay for regular visits ?

@shravs3 - You need to go get seen by a doctor. Your insurance does cover that I’m sure. If the doctor wants a scan then worry about coverage. When you are there, if you need a scan, the staff might help you get a pre authorization for it.
The first step is to go see a doc since your pain is persistent.

You need to understand different insurance option and choose the best one since you are planning to start a family . 80/20 is good for people who know they are healthy and visit dr.s office only for yearly checkup or they want to save money on tax not good otherwise . You need to login to husband’s insurance benefits website , read and understand each plan . Can you talk to your husband’s colleagues or their families ? Your health is priority and don’t compromise that .

True... we have Cigna insurance . We are supposed to select the benefits for next year by this month end. So we wanted to take a look at all the plans. Can you please recommend what kind of plans are better normally as I have no much experience here.. Meanwhile I will check the details on website as well.
