Is It Gastric ?

    Thing is I’m not in India now:disappointed: And not sure if insurance covers Ultrasound

    Time between dinner and sleep is atleast 3 hours. But I think the main problem could be due to skipping breakfast. I’m feeling the burning sensation!

    I don't eat breakfast...I drink enough water...till I have lunch.

    Shravs,
    Pain in the locations you have indicated points to kidney related issues. Drink plenty of water, barley water, coconut water, horse gram boiled water etc to flush kidneys. These pains could also be related to overies. Instead of panicking please consult a general physician. Drinking enough liquids till then might give you relief.

    Thanks for the reply Geeta!
    This could be the reason as even my hubby is facing the same from 2 days. I feel something went wrong with diet :disappointed:.
    Actually now pain is more intense near the kidneys. Started drinking more water. Hopefully the pain subsides.

    No idea. Started with gastric but now pain is radiating near kidneys

    I stopped eating breakfast for more than six months...some of my friends also don't eat breakfast. We never had any problems because of this. But I keep drinking water frequently to negate the acid formation. I eat lunch around 12.30pm and dinner around 7.30pm. I lost weight around 10-12 kgs. In this eating window, what you eat matters for your weight loss...I mostly avoid carbs...eat different types of dal, beans, with or without little rice or thin chapati, etc. for lunch and salad with little chick peas and Rajma beans, Hummus, and garlic sauce(tasty) for dinner. Once a while or whenever I feel bored, I eat outside, cautiously.
    My 'method' doesn't work for everyone. You need to find out what works the best for you.

    I tried this for almost 2 weeks and ended up with gastric. So I stopped doing it. Every time I start something healthy I end up falling sick :facepalm:
