    Weighing 59.2 Today ☺️..approx 1.5 kgs in 1.5 months ....

    Current Weight 64 KGs, could not update regularly but have been quite active for the past 2 weeks and moderate diet

    Thought of sharing a planner for healthy eating .. hopefully that can motivate me to stick to the plan and eat healthily
    Girls, you may help with your inputs, can help eating a variety of healthy dishes

    Plsn for tomo..Let me see if i can stick to it :D
    Breakfast- Lot of veggies+ Oats as upma
    Mid- Corn+cucumbers
    Lunch-Brown rice+plantain stem stir fried+curd
    Eve-tea+ 1 cup boiled shorghum
    Night- Salad

    Exercise- 1 hour work out

    Hi felonopsis , good to start again.even I have added some routine things to my diet,will share here
    1.after having my thyroid tab with water I will wait for 30 min.after that I ll take a banana,or raisins.then after 15 minutes I ll have coffee
    2.i ll have altleast 2 spoons of ghee daily
    3.evening I go hungry,so I ve started to have a small meal in the evening.either toast or egg or leftover's like chapati etc.
    4.early dinner.rice and dhal with any veg
    5.milk after 9 oclo'cl

    This I ve been following, IAM not binge eating in the evening and dinner.my portion has reduced.i feel this works for me

    Thats a good routine @Rakshini, i am not self controlling in terms of eating, not sure why. especially if i see non-veg i am become a carnivore and start attacking the food :(

    Infact my scheduled plan went in air after being in a get together yesterday.

    Yesterday was much better in terms of eating

    BF- Upma- half cup
    Tea
    Lunch- RIce+Ridgeguard+dhal
    Eve-Tea
    Dinner- 1 wheat roti+veggies
    Walking - 30 minutes

    @felonopsis if you were able to lose 9 kgs is it difficult to lose the rest ... ask everyday when you see the food this will be ur motivational quote in ur head then u can lose weight

    @blessbabydust , i lost the 9 kgs before a while , kinda taken a break after that. Not able to sync my mind with my targets. I jump on food when ever i see it, i am NOT consistently motivated.

    Hi ,it happens.even for me first 10 kg reduced effortlessly.remaing weight took little time.but slow and steady .I ve hit plateu also some time.
    So ,my point s don't ignore any food.thats s d reason for overeating.so for this long process mind plays a major role.do enjoy your food with moderation.this will help us.if you go out of track ,come back on the track as soon as possible
    Food and exercise are like two eyes for loosing weight
