Hi Sangeetha.same here, evening I ll be very hungry when I return home.i eat whatever I have in fridge or in my kitchen.i go crazy in the evening.my full day diet plan will collapse in the evening.
I came to a conclusion to have a small meal in the evening.either 1 chapati or breadtoast etc and coffee.by having this I am full till dinner.i don't eat any unhealthy snacks so my mind less eating stopped.i ve two kids to take care.evening also it ll be busy,if am hungry I go crazy.so this evening small meal helped me a lot .
I ll have dinner followed by milk.
So I am not starving.i eat healthy.i ve energy to go behind my kids.
Try this and let me know

Seems like a nice and healthy diet. I wonder why you are not seeing weight loss with this. Sigh. Keep at it and keep us posted.

I tried many many techniques...over the years.

My doctor told me that if you take your coffee /tea without sugar, you will not have much craving to eat sweets rest of the day. I was skeptical about that! It worked, in 3-months lost ~4 lbs.

Is that means, did I take that much of sugar in a day?

It may work for you, try it out.
