    So sorry @Archana11 . Too many things. The family visited for a week first, then in my eagerness to lose weight, I joined dance lessons. God..the first class was soo hard, I hurt myself and could not walk for a full week. Then all of last week I was traveling for work. So that's my last 3 weeks. I am so afraid to weigh myself.

    But I guess I have to get back in track. Will weight myself on Monday morning and resume practice.

    @mathira super. I am back. So sorry I was gone for the last few weeks. Trust all is well. I hope to resume diet and exercise from today onwards.

    Did not weigh myself this morning. Afraid to. I ate quite a bit of junk last week. So thought will mend my ways this week and weigh myself next Monday.

    Will post food log in the PM.

    Hi welcome back!! I lost only 800 grams very very less. It might be because i have thyroid and Pcos it will tough and will not loose weight fast. From yesterday i started driking green detox juice. Spinach, mint, cilantro, carrots, apples mixing everything.
    Its yuck but will continue :grimacing:

    Early morning: Coffee
    Bfast: 2 slices potato sandwiches
    Mid-morning snack: Coffee
    Lunch: 1.5 cups curd rice with mango pickle
    Dinner: 1 cup rice with Bell Peppers chutney and cabbage kootu

    Water: 8 cups
    Exercise: Trying to squeeze in 20 mins of walk
